It’s not often that the feedback you get from a customer is that the tyres you sell them are so good that they’re bad for business!
And that’s exactly what’s happened with one of Maxxis Australia’s customers, who has put in a “complaint” about two Maxxis 225/70R19.5 UR275 truck tyres which have done no less than 104,000kms and aren’t worn down excessively, even though they’ve had a challenging life fitted to an RACQ Tilt Tray/Tow Truck vehicle.
Michael Bell, of Towers Tyres & Batteries, who put in a recent order for two new UR275s to replace the existing ones on the truck, says he is amazed at how well these tyres have performed, which is a great testimonial to them.
“Even after all the mileage they’ve put in, they only have a few chips here and there from going off the side of the road to rescue cars and perform other requirements of this type of vehicle and service.”
“This is not good for repeat business, these tyres are too good,” he tells us laughingly.
Thanks Michael! We’ll take this particular complaint as a big tick of approval, leaving little doubt (for anyone who may have any) that when it comes to durability, extra strong construction and ability to keep going the extra mile – Maxxis UR275s truly deliver.
