Maxxis Show Special Promotion
A. Defined Terms
Eligible Purchase means the purchase, by a Participant, of four (4) or more Maxxis 4WD tyres (all the same size and pattern – excluding TBR) in a single transaction from a Maxxis dealer (see https://maxxistyres.com.au/store-locator/) within the Promotion Period.
Promotion Period means the period commencing at 8:30am on Tuesday 02 June 2026 and ending at 5:00pm on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
Promotion means a $200 e-Gift Card (inclusive of GST) redemption for an Eligible Purchase made within the Promotion Period. Promotion Event means the FarmFest Field Days 2026 – Toowoomba
Promoter means Tyremax Pty Ltd ATF the On Track Tyres No. 2 Trust ABN 98 050 635 023.
Promoter Privacy Policy means the privacy policy found at https://maxxistyres.com.au/privacy/.
B. Terms & Conditions – Maxxis Show Special Promotion
Participation in the Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the Promotion, a Participant is deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility to Participate
1.1 Participation is subject to a Participant completing and submitting a valid Registration at the Promotion Event during the Promotion Period.
1.2 A Participant is permitted one (1) Registration per Promotion Event.
1.3 Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, Promoter dealers and resellers, and agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to participate. - How to Qualify for the e-Gift Card
2.1 To qualify, a Participant must:
– Make an Eligible Purchase within the Promotion Period; and
– Within five (5) days of the Eligible Purchase, submit details of that purchase via the provided SMS link at time of registration.
– Final purchase date 30 June 2026
2.2 The Participant must upload a copy of their tax invoice clearly showing all relevant purchase information.
2.3 A strict limit of one (1) e-Gift Card applies per Participant, regardless of: (a) the number of Eligible Purchases made; or (b) whether the number of tyres purchased exceeds the minimum requirement. - e-Gift Card Conditions
3.1 An eligible Participant will receive one (1) $200 e-Gift Card (inclusive of GST).
3.2 The e-Gift Card will be sent by email within 21 days of the Eligible Purchase being successfully registered and validated by the Promoter.
3.3 e-Gift Cards:
– Cannot be redeemed for cash or used to withdraw cash.
– Will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
– Are inclusive of GST.
– No physical gift cards will be issued. - Exclusions and Limitations
4.1 The Promotion:
– Applies only to Maxxis 4WD tyres (all the same size and pattern – excluding TBR).
– Is not available on any other tyres manufactured or distributed by the Promoter.
– Is not available in conjunction with any other offer, including but not limited to motoring club discounts, VIP programs, fleet, government or wholesale purchases.
– Cannot be combined with any other promotion.
4.2 The Promotion is subject to stock availability at participating Maxxis dealers. The Promoter makes no representation as to stock availability. No rainchecks will be provided if stock is unavailable. - Privacy and Use of Information
5.1 All Registration details become and remain the property of the Promoter and may be used for commercial, marketing and publicity purposes.
5.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
5.3 Participants who opt in consent to receiving ongoing marketing communications from the Promoter and agencies associated with the Promotion. - General Conditions
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Participants and Registrations.
6.2 If the Promotion is interfered with or not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud), the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) disqualify any Participant; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
