QLD Field Days – EFTPOS Card Promo – Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. By participating in this Promotion (‘Tyre Promotion’), a participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Tyre Promotion commences on 27^th August 2021 and, subject to item 12 of these terms and conditions, closes at 5pm AEST on 30^th September 2021 (‘Promotion Period’).
3. The promoter of the Tyre Promotion is Tyremax Pty Ltd (ABN 98 050 635 023) of 1 Heyington Place, Thomastown, Victoria 3074 (‘Promoter’).
4. Participation in the Tyre Promotion is, subject to item 14 of these terms and conditions, open to Australian residents.
5. To be eligible to receive an EFTPOS card, a consumer must make an eligible purchase and register their purchase online as follows:
   1. For Vredestein product, the consumer must make a purchase of 2 or more Vredestein tyres through a Tyremax approved dealer (with goods purchased from Tyremax) between 27^th August, 2021 and 30^th September, 2021. They must register their purchase online by no later than 5pm AEST on 30^th September 2021 at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/f794487078504c38abce7b69d934a94e and upload a copy of their purchase invoice and provide all required information.
   2. For Maxam product, the consumer must make a purchase of 2 or more Maxam tyres through a Tyremax approved dealer (with goods purchased from Tyremax) between 27^th August, 2021 and 30^th September, 2021. They must register their purchase online by no later than 5pm AEST on 30^th September 2021 at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/f794487078504c38abce7b69d934a94e and upload a copy of their purchase invoice and provide all required information.
   3. For Maxxis product, the consumer must make a purchase of 4 or more (all the same product) Maxxis tyres through a Tyremax approved dealer (with goods purchased from Tyremax) between 27^th August, 2021 and 30^th September, 2021. They must register their purchase online by no later than 5pm AEST on 30^th September 2021 at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/f794487078504c38abce7b69d934a94e and upload a copy of their purchase invoice and provide all required information. For Maxxis, there are two categories available:
      1. $50 EFTPOS card for a set of 4 (or more) Maxxis tyres up to and including 16” rim diameter
      1. $100 EFTPOS card for a set of 4 (or more) Maxxis tyres 17” rim diameter and over

6. Once this registration has been received by Tyremax, it will be assessed for validity and where the criteria has been met, an EFTPOS card will be issued and sent by mail.  Please allow up to 14 working days for your EFTPOS card to arrive.
7. There is a strict limit of one (1) cash back promotion per qualifying transaction (as defined above), regardless of whether the number of tyres purchased in any given transaction exceeds the minimum (as outlined in item 5).
8. IMPORTANT CARDHOLDER CONDITIONS OF USE – The EFTPOS Card is used by REWARDS COME TRUE, A MEMBER OF THE IGODIRECT GROUP. Your card cannot be used at an ATM or to take cash out at a retailer, nor can you check your balance via these means. To use the card to make a payment towards a purchase which is higher than the remaining balance on the card you must first pay the difference between the total amount owing and the balance of the card, then use the card for the remainder of the payment. The expiry date is shown on the back of the card, which will be 12 months from the date of issue of the card.  When your card expires any remaining balance is forfeited.

Please keep your card secure. If the card is lost or stolen, it may not be replaced and your funds may be forfeited. (T&Cs apply). If your card appears to not be functioning properly, try the FAQ’s in the Card Holder Portal or call Card Services on 1800 446 347.

10. No ‘rainchecks’ will be available to a participant in the event that a participating Tyremax approved dealer does not possess necessary stock intended to be purchased.
11. The Tyre Promotion is not available on any other tyres manufactured or distributed by the Promoter.
12. Related bodies corporate, retailers and agencies of the Promoter, as well as government, wholesale, commercial, fleet and account holder customers of the Promoter are ineligible to participate in the Tyre Promotion.
13. Standard charges for fitting, balancing, supply of a tubeless valve, waste tyre management fee & GST shall apply as part of the Tyre Promotion.
14. The Tyre Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer including, but not limited to motoring club discounts, VIP card programs and all other promotions.
15. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Tyre Promotion, including in finalising any disputes that may arise, is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
