Queensland based Off-road team CBT Racing has continued in pursuit of victory in the 2019 Australian Off-Road Championships, with a dominating performance resulting in a Second class win at this month’s St George 399 event — and with its mighty Maxxis RAZR’s all part of the team’s winning strategy!
After being placed First in the Extreme 4-wheel drive in Prologue, the team did not look back! CBT was the only extreme 4WD in the faster group on the track and they remained comfortably in control of their class in every section of the race.
Driver Christian Trusz admits that the terrain at St George was one of the toughest the team has raced on – which makes their result an even greater achievement and triumph.
“The Maxxis tyres outperformed our expectations yet again. We were hitting speeds as high as 170 KPH, then pushing them sideways through the rocky corners full of holes, tyre ruts and tree roots. The grip levels were outstanding and there is still not a mark on the new RAZR’s”.
Go CBT Racing and Go Maxxis Razrs! We look forward to continuing to follow you in what is shaping up to be an outstanding season!
